Reiki Level One | The First Degree
How does it work?
Einstein and other physicists concluded that everything existing in the universe is energy, shifting and vibrating at different rates, ultimately meaning that everything is, was, and always will be connected.
Reiki is simply a healing frequency of energy coming directly from source ( God/The Creator/The Universe/All that is). The healing effects of this energy can be channelled through a Reiki healer to connect with their client’s energy field. Reiki can only flow through those attuned to its unique vibrational frequency, and the attunement is passed energetically from the Reiki master to the Student, during a sacred ceremony.
The online-only training programme includes a distance attunement. Although the attunement process and results are energetically the same as the in-person version, it is important to note that an in-person attunement is required to meet the standards set by the CNHC and UK Reiki Federation if you plan to practice Reiki professionally as a CNHC-approved practitioner.
Yes. You can request to have the attunement in person at Divine Reiki Studio, St Albans for an additional cost of £90.
Distant Reiki attunements involve transmitting energy from the Reiki master to the recipient across any distance. Energy is not limited by physical boundaries and can be effectively sent and received through intention and energy work.
You will have a scheduled online meeting with your Reiki Master at the designated time via Zoom. During the meeting, you will discuss the process and receive access to our Grounding & Protection Meditation and our 432Hz healing music, specifically designed to enhance the attunement process. Once complete, you will have a debriefing session with your Reiki Master via Zoom.
We suggest you prioritise self-care and introspection, just as students do after in-person training and attunement. The energy you receive during your attunement will continue aligning and balancing your chakras beyond the session. We recommend that all students follow a 21-day cleanse to achieve the best results.

What to expect
Our Reiki Level One course consists of twenty-one modules spread across seven sections. The course covers both theoretical and practical content, allowing students to choose between a distance or in-person attunement.
