What to expect
Whether you come to strengthen your practice, receive healing, or simply bask in the beautiful energy, this is a morning to recharge your spirit, uplift your vibration, and deepen your Reiki journey.
We’ll set the tone for the morning with a grounding and heart-opening meditation, allowing you to fully arrive, in the present moment.
A relaxed and supportive space to discuss all things Reiki and spiritual. Share your experiences, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of energy healing work.
Experience the magic of giving and receiving Reiki in a group setting. Each participant will have the opportunity to share and receive healing energy, leaving you feeling balanced, restored, and uplifted.
Enjoy a selection of herbal teas and light refreshments as we unwind and continue sharing in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Divine Reiki Studio, at Torrington Hall.
We will gently conclude each session with a short meditation, sealing in the healing energy and offering gratitude for the experience.
