May Chang (Litsea Cubeba) is cultivated in Indonesia, and known as the “Oil of Tranquility”. Through diffusion it’s thought to harness refreshing, uplifting properties, which make it a useful aromatic tonic for alleviating psychological fatigue.

Lemon (Citrus Limonum) works as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial ingredient which can help to enhance your mood, heighten mental clarity, and reduce stress.

Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia), is cultivated on the Ivory Coast, Southern Italy and Sicily and has a sweet, citrusy aroma. Bergamot is often used in aromatherapy to treat stress, depression, low self-confidence and anxiety.

Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) is extensively cultivated in Brazil, California and Florida, and is renowned for its pleasant and uplifting aroma. Through diffusion this essential oil has been known to offer a host of purifying and mood enhancing properties.

Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) is cultivated in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and the Philippines and boasts a woody, yet floral scent. It is often used through the practice of Aromatherapy to connect the body & mind, helping to bring emotional balance and security.
Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is cultivated in Italy and tropical America and is known for its energising, sharp, and fruity fragrance. Lime can be particularly effective – when diffused – during the cold and flu season, due to its purifying and restorative properties.
Spearmint (Mentha Spicata) is grown across Europe but cultivated mainly in the US. It has a sweet, minty aroma and is said to help sharpen focus & concentration.

The introductory consultation

This session represents the first step in the healing process, by affording first-time clients an opportunity to share their physical and/or emotional health and wellbeing concerns.

The Divine Reiki studio provides a safe and peaceful environment, within which to discuss any such issues, and allows me to answer any questions you may have regarding Reiki Healing.

Information concerning clients is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorised persons. This obligation shall continue in perpetuity.

Soothing Bathtime Aromatherapy

Simply blend 5 to 20 drops of your favourite essential oil(s) with a tablespoon of carrier oil (we recommend using Grapeseed or Argan oil).

Then gently swirl 3-5 drops of your favourite  Eternal Sunshine blend into a warm bath to unlock the therapeutic benefits that pure essential oils have to offer.
