As soon as your payment has been processed, you’ll receive digital coupons in your account (and by email) — one for each treatment or event included in your plan.
Log in to your account to view your available coupons. When you book online, any active coupons will automatically appear at checkout — simply click to apply, no codes needed. Prefer to arrange your session personally? You can also book via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll redeem any available coupons for you — whatever feels easiest.
Your plan renews automatically each month, keeping your self-care consistent and easy to manage. Should circumstances change, you can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel anytime directly from the Subscriptions section in your account — it’s simple, transparent, and nothing’s ever hidden away.
Subscribers to our Divine Alignment plan are automatically enrolled in ETSU Gold Membership, unlocking exclusive benefits and ongoing rewards.
