How does Reiki work?
Einstein and other physicists concluded that everything existing in the universe is energy, shifting and vibrating at different rates, ultimately meaning that everything is, was, and always will be connected.
Reiki is simply a healing frequency of energy coming directly from source ( God/The Creator/The Universe/All that is). The healing effects of this energy can be channelled through a Reiki healer to connect with their client’s energy field. Reiki can only flow through those attuned to its unique vibrational frequency, and the attunement is passed energetically from the Reiki master to the Student, during a sacred ceremony.
During a Reiki Level One attunement, a person undergoes a sacred initiation process that opens up their energetic channels. This allows the individual to connect with and channel Reiki energy. The attunement process clears and opens up the body’s primary energetic pathways, enabling Reiki energy to flow freely. Unblocking these pathways releases stagnant energy, creating a sense of balance and vitality.
We suggest you prioritise self-care and introspection. The energy you receive during your attunement will continue aligning and balancing your chakras beyond the session. We recommend that all students follow a 21-day cleanse to achieve the best results.
While Reiki Level One primarily focuses on self-healing, it also provides the groundwork for working with others. This level includes an attunement that introduces individuals to the practice of channelling healing energy. The attunement prepares them for further training and experience in providing Reiki to others.
The attunement strengthens the connection between an individual and higher consciousness, leading to spiritual awareness, personal insight, and a renewed sense of purpose.
